WEEKLY INCIDENT REPORT

21/11/2011 - 04/12/2011

Bossie's Justice once again experienced major successes during the past two weeks!

• Our informants supplied us with vital information regarding a robbery that took place 2 months ago. The suspects were never arrested. We followed up the information, and got the SAPS involved. We managed to arrest two suspects, who subsequently confessed to the crime! We are expecting to make more arrests soon.
• Bossies Justice managed to secure vital information from another informant about a suspect in a house robbery. With the assistance of Hi-Tech and community members, the criminal was arrested after another house robbery! He is probably involved in more crime in this specific area. All stolen goods were recovered.
• Bossies Justice contributed to various crime prevention initiatives led by security companies and the SAPS. Polsec meetings were attended where crime prevention strategies were discussed.
• Bossies Justice noted a very disturbing criminal trend, where ladies frequenting certain night clubs are drugged with medication added to their drinks. They are then lured to the criminal's car or house, and subsequently raped. These women, not remembering what happened, and feeling extremely guilty as if they might have consented, sometimes don't even report these crimes. Bossies Justice are from time to time contacted by victims. We have previously also managed to apprehend perpetrators. Sometimes these ladies have no means of paying for trauma counseling. Bossies Justice managed to secure the services of a psychologist, who renders her services at a discounted rate. We also try to assist financially in the latter, if our budget permits.
The following hints may be helpful:
. Always go out in a group of friends.
. Don't accept drinks from strangers.
. Don't overindulge, as it may cloud your judgement.
. These criminals often tell you lies, for instance that they are homosexual, or not looking for a relationship.
. Don't accept lifts from strangers.
